Resetting a user
If a user is having issues accessing their account after two factor authentication has been set up, Admin can reset the two factor configuration for the user.
This will clear all two factor configuration, and on their next login or request, will have them re-complete the setup process.
The big red scary "Reset two factor setup" button will start the process, after a final confirmation warning.
If an Admin resets their own two factor status, they will be instantly logged out.
